Order information and dropshipments
For correct processing of your orders the chosen products, shipping- and billing- address are saved. If you choose to have the product dropshipped to another destination the receiver address is required and thus saved in the order.
As stated in the following section order information is not used by or shared with third parties. Order information is used only to send the chosen products to the correct destination.
Electronic Signatures, or eSignatures for short, allow for faster, easier, and paperless signing of electronic documents. eSignatures are complaint to eSigning regulations such as the requirement to be tamper proof, encrypted and using SSL security. Mobile phone number
Your mobile phone number is requested in the Checkout section. We may send you one SMS confirming your order has been processed. No further unsolicited SMS messages will be sent, ever.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
As an salesman, ambassador or retailer role you are able to fill out your biography. This information is visible to all visitors of the website.

No personal information is saved in our analytics. The visitor’s IP address is anonymized before sending it through analytics. Analytics data is kept for 14 months after which it is destroyed. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Inactive accounts are automatically removed after one year. Linked orders will be converted to guest orders and removed from the account.

When you subscribe to our newsletter your email address is send to an automated service to be stored with your opt-it consent as the privacy law requires. Anonymous analytics data is send to be stored off site by an automated gather service.
