Order information and dropshipments
For correct processing of your orders the chosen products, shipping- and billing- address are saved. If you choose to have the product dropshipped to another destination the receiver address is required and thus saved in the order.
As stated in the following section order information is not used by or shared with third parties. Order information is used only to send the chosen products to the correct destination.
eSignature
Electronic Signatures, or eSignatures for short, allow for faster, easier, and paperless signing of electronic documents. eSignatures are complaint to eSigning regulations such as the requirement to be tamper proof, encrypted and using SSL security. Mobile phone number
Your mobile phone number is requested in the Checkout section. We may send you one SMS confirming your order has been processed. No further unsolicited SMS messages will be sent, ever.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Biography
As an salesman, ambassador or retailer role you are able to fill out your biography. This information is visible to all visitors of the website.

We use a cookie so that we can recognise you when you visit our website and track your activity whilst on our website. The cookie can be removed or disabled by instructing your browser to do so. The cookie we store on your computer only contains a unique reference number to link you to your account on the website. No personal information is contained within the cookie. Your personal data will not shared with third party companies. Personal information might be stored off-site when required but never shared. You are the owner of your data and we protect that right.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Inactive accounts are automatically removed after one year. Linked orders will be converted to guest orders and removed from the account.
Order data from pending, failed or cancelled orders is removed one month after the order date. Data from orders which have been completed will be saved for two years.

When you subscribe to our newsletter your email address is send to an automated service to be stored with your opt-it consent as the privacy law requires. Anonymous analytics data is send to be stored off site by an automated gather service.
