The RX-66C is the center column for RX series tripods. With the RX-66C fitted, a further 66 cm of working height can be added to your R-X tripod leg set.
The column is made using Sirui’s ten layer 10x carbon fibre. Not only does this ensure the exceptional low weight, high strength combination Sirui has become renowned for, it also offers superior stability and a significant reduction in vibrations. Built in two sections to provides the extended working height along with the portability.
For ground-level shots, the column can also be used inverted — great for macro photography. The built-in stabilization hook offers the opportunity to add additional weight for extra stability when shooting in windy conditions. An comfortable working height can be set up quickly using the indicator scale on the column’s tube.
The mounting screw is reversible with 1/4″ and a 3/8″ threads, allowing you to mount tripod heads or other equipment as desired. Compatible with the R-4
